Upon checking NQI’s site for further information, one would find that the CEO of Hill and Knowlton, Michael Coates, sits on the Board of Governors for NQI – the very board that – with all likelihood – decides upon which “rigorous” criteria is part of this so-called Excellent Framework.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.nqi.ca/about/bofg.aspx"&gt;http://www.nqi.ca/about/bofg.aspx&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;  &lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;  &lt;h2 style="margin-top: 9pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Arial; font-weight: normal;"&gt;Hmm, interesting.
